About what you would expect for a pool hall kind of bar. Nice table setups. They also have several 8'? or 9'? tables. Standard pub fare from the kitchen. I have not been here on a Friday or Saturday, but it appears that they do have live music on occasion as there is a stage area at the back. Prices are pretty good for both food and drinks. I am not sure what the fare is for pool table use. I did try some Extra Hot Wings. They were actually pretty good. A nice a standard Buffalo wing. I would be curious to try other menu items. Service is just ok. You really have to get their attention unless you are right in front of them. I posted pics of the current menu as the ones posted are out of date.
Stopped in after flying in from Sanford, FL & landing at Concord. The only place open that served drinks was Bulldog's and at first I saw a sign on the door stating it was a members only deal but the FB page said open to the public. I was with my daughter & her boyfriend we sat at the bar in front of a few big screen TV's (I was going to ask them to put one on USA to catch the last hour of WWE SmackDown but didn't wanna be "that guy") we ordered shots of Cuervo Gold and I got a cold Lite in a bottle from the very nice bartender whose name I didn't get but she was very friendly and easy on the eyes (her top was very flattering to her frame too) My daughter spent a couple bucks on the Boxer Arcade Game and the bartender got a punch in and she's as deadly as she was pretty. I noticed several billiard tables and while we didn't order food the kitchen was open and people looked like they liked their food. Next time I'm up there I'll definitely stop by again. Friendly staff, easy in and out of the parking lot too.
We stopped in to shoot a few games of pool. They've got 10 tables and play really good music. We didn't order any food but what came out of the kitchen looked and smelled delish.
Bulldog's is a great pool hall. The cloth is surprisingly fast, and although the tables have definitely seen some use, they are in pretty great shape. I didn't try the food, but it looked tasty, and the beer was reasonably priced.
